The Braided-Up Bun is an elegant way to style your hair as it looks just as gorgeous from the front as it is from the back.
It can work for a red carpet event or an everyday look as it’s also very quick to do.
Section off a triangle of hair at the front of your head, and pull to the front. Create a center part down the back of your head, with the remaining hair, and section off one side while you work on the other.
Flip your head upside-down and, starting at the base of your neck, take a one-inch section of hair on the outside and braid it up, section by section, continuing to pull pieces from the outside of your hair so that you have an inside-out braid.
Continue braiding until you get to the top of your head, then clip the hair in place, leaving the ends loose. Repeat on the other side.
Grab the two loose ends of your braids and use a small hair elastic to bind them together into a ponytail on the very top of your head.
