[Photos] 6 Different Ways To Roll-Up Your Jeans And Still Look Classy

I must admit this denim look is one of my favourite Tiwa Savage looks.

Denims or jeans are a must have for stylish and even non stylish people. While some people wear their denims without making any deal about it, some rock their jeans by rolling them up in different ways to give it a unique look.

Whether they are boyfriend, straight or skinny jeans, you can always find a way to roll them up in ways that would make you look super cool when you are done.

Checkout these six very easy and fast ways to roll up/cuff your jeans.1) The Superskinny Cuff Style

The Superkinny-Cuff

A superskinny cuff works best with streamlined silhouettes.

Step 1

Step 1

Roll up the jeans to create a half-inch cuff.

Step 2

Step 2

Fold the jeans to create a half-inch cuff.

Step 3

Step 3/ Finished Look

Smooth out the cuff to create a sturdy, symmetrical look.

2) The Wide Cuff Style

A thick cuff works best with wide-leg denim

Step 1

Step 1

Fold the jeans to create a two-inch cuff.

Step 2

Step 2

Fold again to create a doubled two-inch cuff. Repeat this step on the other leg.

Step 3

Step 3/Finished Look

Smooth out the cuff to create a sturdy, symmetrical look.

3) The Roll-it-up Cuff Style

The Boyfriend Jenas

The ‘roll-it-up cuff’ works best with this distressed boyfriend jeans.

Step 1

Step 1

Gently fold the jeans to create a one-inch cuff.

Step 2

Step 2

Roll again to create a doubled one-inch cuff. There is no need to firmly establish a crease, as this look is more of a barrel roll.

Step 3/Finished Look

Step 3/Finished Look

Lightly pull the roll away from the denim to create a more cylindric style.

4) The Under-Cuff Style

Straight Jeans

Straight Jeans

The under cuff works best on denim with three percent or more lycra in order to keep the fold’s shape

Step 1

Step 1

Fold the jeans one to three inches, depending how short you want your denim to be.

Step 1

Step 2

Lightly press on the seam of the fold to create a firm crease.

Step 3

Step 3

Flip the cuff inside out.

Step 4/Finished Look

Step 4/Finished Look

Lightly press the seam to secure.

5)  The Half-Tuck Cuff Style

The Distressed Skinny Jeans

The half-tuck can be done with skinny or boyfriend jeans; just make sure they aren’t ankle length.

Step 1

Step 1

Fold the jeans to create a one-and-a-half-inch cuff.

Step 2

Step 2

Fold half the cuff — we chose the right side — to create a doubled one-and-a-half-inch cuff.

Step 3

Step 3

The left side of the cuff will remain a single one-and-a-half-inch fold.

Step 4

Step 4/Finished Look

Repeat step three on the other leg. Adjust folds as desired.

6)The Off-Duty Cuff Style

The Boyfriend Jeans

The Boyfriend Jeans

The off-duty or slouchy cuff works best with boyfriend jeans composed of 98 percent or more cotton

Step 1

Step 1

Fold the jeans to create a three-and-a-half-inch cuff.

Step 2

Step 2

Pull the fold away from the top, toward you, to create a bunchy, textured look.

Step 3

Step 3

You have now perfected the off-duty-model look.
