Kim Kardashian attended the Fifth ‘Forbes Women’s Summit’ looking unusually conservative and demure in a double-breasted long-sleeved two-piece pin striped suit which still managed to give a sexy edge. The vintage Jean Paul Gaultier was tailored to fit her curvy figure, which she wore without an under slip.
Kim banked $45.5 million pretax in the last 12 months to rank at No. 47 on the Forbes Celebrity 100 for 2017.
The mother of two was one of the many influential women speaking at the prestigious conference with her panel themed as ‘Evolving the Empire: Kim Kardashian West on Reigning Supreme’.
While speaking with the Forbes magazine CEO Steve Forbes on living her life in the spotlight with her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and how the long-running series remains relevant, she said:
‘Right when you think it’ll run out of gas, someone will get pregnant or divorced,’ she joked.
‘I’m proud to be on a reality show. I work with my family every day. It helped us get through so many things.’
But while Kim has made a fortune from reality stardom, she said she had now pared down her interests to focus on just four things – her Kimojis, children’s clothing range, newly announced make-up, and fragrance.
‘I [used to] find power in saying yes. I thought that was powerful. I was forced into a situation where I had to stop. I figured it out…. I was splitting everything three ways with my sisters. You work so hard for so little.
‘I wanted to start a business on my own… I have full ownership. I’m 100per cent involved. I tried everything and now I can focus.’
